3. Photography & Portfolio Usage
As a photography studio, displaying our work is essential to our business. By default, Rommel Garcia Studio reserves the right to use selected photographs from your session for our professional portfolio, social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), website galleries, and promotional studio materials.
Your Privacy Choice: If you wish for your photos to remain entirely private and not be shared publicly on our platforms, please inform us in writing during your booking process or at the time of your session. We strictly respect client privacy requests.
4. Data Security & Storage
Your finished digital photos are delivered via secure, private viewing links. These links are kept active for 30 days to allow you time to download them.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect our digital archives, clients are responsible for securely backing up their own photos once downloaded. We do not guarantee permanent archiving of your images after the 30-day delivery window.
