1. Booking & Reservation
To secure your preferred date and time slot, a 50% reservation downpayment is strictly required. Your slot is not officially booked until this payment is received and acknowledged.
We accept payments via GCash, Maya, and Landbank Transfer. The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full (via cash or digital transfer) on the actual day of your studio session.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
All downpayments are non-refundable. This compensates for the time we blocked off that could have been booked by other clients.
If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled shoot. The downpayment can be transferred to a new date once, subject to studio availability. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the downpayment.
3. Punctuality & Studio Time
Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to prepare. Your booked studio time begins exactly at your scheduled slot.
If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your total session time to respect the schedule of clients booking after you. (e.g., If you are 30 minutes late for a 1-hour session, you will only have 30 minutes of shooting time remaining).
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
High-resolution, fully edited and color-corrected soft copies will be delivered via a secure Google Drive/Gallery link within 5 to 7 working days after the session.
For packages that include physical prints and frames (such as Graduation or Family packages), printing and framing will take an additional 7 to 10 working days after you have selected your final photos.
Note: Unedited RAW files are strictly not released to clients unless specifically stated in your package (e.g., Pre-Debut Premium sets).
5. Archiving & Storage
Your digital download links will remain active for 30 days after delivery. Clients are highly encouraged to download and back up their photos immediately to personal hard drives or cloud storage.
Rommel Garcia Studio is not responsible for storing or archiving your photos after this 30-day period.
6. Copyright & Usage
Rommel Garcia Studio retains the copyright to all images taken. We reserve the right to use the photos for our studio portfolio, social media marketing, and promotional materials.
If you prefer to keep your session private and do not want your photos posted online, please inform us in writing during your booking process, and we will gladly respect your privacy.
